BillByTime service terms

1. Overview

These terms govern access to and use of BillByTime. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

2. Service scope

BillByTime provides tools for time tracking, contract-related workflows, approvals, reporting, and related subscription features. Features may evolve over time as the product develops.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, for ensuring that your users have authority to access the data entered into the service, and for using the service lawfully. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription handling and payment processing may involve third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

5. Customer data

You retain responsibility for the data your organization submits to BillByTime. BillByTime may process that data as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service. Privacy-related handling is described further in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

BillByTime aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated, improved, or retired where reasonably necessary.

7. Liability and warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillByTime is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, but broader indirect or consequential losses are not accepted.
